I am a Clinical Nutritionist, mum of three, passionate about helping people make eating well simple and practical. Prior to studying Nutrition I was a senior marketing manager in financial services so I understand the pressure of corporate environments and the importance of balancing work with physical and mental health.

I tailor the workshops to the needs and knowledge level of the audience - we'll talk about food, prepare and eat food, share recipes and tips to make eating well tasty, fast and fun. I know from experience as a working mum that most parents simply don't have time for fussy lunchboxes, and that anyone working long hours finds it challenging to prepare a healthy meal at the end of the day so I always include plenty of shortcuts and quick, healthy meal ideas. |
