Ingredients
To make: Blend the almond meal, apricots and desiccated coconut in food processor. Melt the coconut oil on a low heat. Slowly add the melted oil into the food processor until the mixture forms into a dough. Roll the mixture into bite size balls roll in coconut, then place into the freezer for half an hour to set and store in refrigerator. |
